For employers
Services & rates
Contingent recruitment, employer brand campaigns, operational setup, and advisory consulting — for teams that would rather hire well than hire fast.
Contingent recruitment
Telescope takes on a deliberately small number of searches, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and finding best fits that lead to longer retention and healthier workplace cultures. We work with clients and prospective employees to avoid common pitfalls in matchmaking.
Employer brand marketing campaigns
Telescope has a network of over 2 million tech professionals experienced at reputable companies, most of them in NY, CA, MA, WA, DC, PA, IL and TX. The network is constantly expanding. With Telescope, you can market your company to a curated subset of it.
Operational setup & training
For companies setting up their recruiting systems or improving existing ones. Includes information and pricing on the most commonly used recruitment tools on the market, plus 1:1 training with your sourcers and recruiters on best practices, tips and tricks that save time in the short and long term.
Curated insights & advisory
Telescope believes your strength as an employer can only be understood through a comparative method. We help you understand how your company stands in the market, and where to find talent with experience most relevant to your sector.
